Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: May 1st 2025


1. Overview

At SHIP IT EASY, we aim to make your international shopping experience smooth and flexible. This policy explains how we handle return requests, lost or damaged packages, and refund scenarios.


2. Returns to Seller (Optional Service)

If you wish to return a package to the original seller (Amazon, Shein, Temu, etc.), we offer a Return Handling Service.

Return Service Includes:

  • Processing and relabeling

  • Drop-off with the return carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Return Fee:
$5 per item + return shipping cost (charged separately)

Requirements:

  • You must provide the return label from the seller.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to our warehouse.

  • ShipItEasy is not responsible for the seller’s refund or return policy.


3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item is damaged upon arrival at our facility, we will document it via uploaded package photos (free of charge).

For items damaged or lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If insured, we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

  • Refunds are issued only if insurance coverage is purchased and the carrier approves the claim.


4. Refunds for Unused Services

Refunds are not available for paid services (e.g., shipping, consolidation, returns) once they are executed, unless an error was made by ShipItEasy.


5. Abandoned Packages

Items stored longer than 90 days (free period) without further action may incur fees. After 180 days, they may be marked as abandoned and disposed of with or without notice. No refunds will be given for abandoned items.


6. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject: Return Request or Refund Inquiry, and include:

  • Your full name

  • Tracking number

  • Reason for return or refund request

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
