1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShipItEasy.org, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ShipItEasy offers:

  • A personal U.S. shipping address

  • Package receiving and storage (up to 90 days free)

  • Consolidation and international shipping

  • Buy on Behalf (assisted purchase)

  • Optional return handling for a fee

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Prohibited Items

Users are strictly prohibited from shipping or storing illegal, restricted, or hazardous items. ShipItEasy is not liable for any customs issues or legal action resulting from misuse.

5. Storage Policy

We provide 90 days of free storage per item. After 90 days, storage fees apply. Items unclaimed after 180 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of.

6. Payment Terms

All shipping and service fees must be paid in full before shipment. We accept secure online payments via Stripe and other integrated processors.

Failure to pay may result in storage penalties, shipping delays, or account suspension.

7. Liability and Insurance

ShipItEasy is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect user information.

Insurance may be offered at checkout and is recommended for valuable items.

8. Return & Refund Policy

Returns to seller can be requested for $5 per item (excluding return shipping). Refunds are not issued once items are shipped unless there is a proven error on our part.

9. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse our services, or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here and take effect immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
